Designed for extreme environments, the telephone features a die-cast aluminum alloy body with IP66/IP67 protection and can operate reliably in temperatures ranging from -40°C to 65°C. Utilizing advanced noise cancellation technology, it ensures clear communication even in high-noise environments such as animal roars in zoos or machinery noise in ports. With an 80 dB ringing volume, it guarantees that no incoming call is missed in noisy settings.
At the German zoo, the telephones were installed in outdoor animal exhibits and management areas, enduring exposure to sun and rain. “These telephones need to withstand various weather conditions and animal activities,” said the project manager. “The durability and reliability of the JR103-FK-AL fully meet our requirements.”
The application in the Finnish marine project further demonstrates the product’s professional capabilities. The telephones were mounted on port containers and loading equipment for operation dispatch and safety communication. The line-powered feature simplifies installation, while the optional external broadcast horn ensures effective communication amid heavy machinery noise.
The JR103-FK-AL also offers multiple intelligent functions: support for 10 groups of speed dialing, last number redial, auto hang-up timer, scheduled dialing for status monitoring, and call transfer. Through DTMF remote programming, administrators can centrally manage the entire telephone network. The product has obtained multiple certifications including CE, FCC, RoHS, and IK10, with a mean time between failures exceeding 50,000 hours.
