The train emergency call system is crucial for ensuring passenger safety, quickly responding to emergencies, and enhancing service quality. It allows passengers to immediately contact staff in emergencies, ensuring swift issue resolution. This system is an essential part of modern train operations.

  • to broadcast live announcements to passengers via loudspeakers distributed along the train.
  • to manage the onboard call between driver and passengers who request assistance (by Passenger Emergency Intercoms) or activate an emergency pad (by Passenger Alarm Intercoms).
  • to manage the on-board call between driver’s cabins.
