Analysis of communication requirements for offshore wind power engineering – industrial telephone case
The first-phase wired communication system of the Three Gorges New Energy Yangxi Shaying 300MW Offshore Wind Power Project is the first offshore wind power project of the Three Gorges Group in Guangdong. Due to the environment of offshore wind power, the salt spray is corroded, the humidity is high, and the equipment maintenance cost is higher. High, so the equipment design of offshore wind power projects is extremely cautious for the owners and system integrators. The cost of a single trip to the sea is tens of thousands of RMB, and the wired communication system is to ensure the maintenance personnel and control center in the wind tower. The most effective equipment for communication protection, so the industrial grade waterproof and moisture-proof telephones required for offshore wind power have extremely high requirements. In addition to the basic requirements of IP67 waterproof and dustproof protection level, the equipment shell material requires anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation due to the installation environment. The special temperature difference requirements usually meet the weather resistance requirements of -40 to 75 °C. The first phase of this project is a pilot.
